Bollywood actor Bipasha Basu is literally rolling in the muck for her Hollywood debut. The actor, who started filming for Roland Joffe’s Singularity, with Pearl Harbour star Josh Hartnett and Bollywood actor Abhay Deol, shot her first scene in a muddy swamp in Australia. On Monday

morning, the actor tweeted about her scene with Hartnett.

“Shooting in a swamp! Full of all sorts of creepy crawlies! Action sequence today! Josh and me surely in muck, Abhay will be the lucky one on horseback! Lucky bum,” she wrote.

It seems to be the season to get Bipasha Basu in the buff, even it is only for her screen assignments. Recently, her decade-old commercial re-surfaced on a social networking site with a shot of her right breast reportedly exposed. And, now there is news that Bips has done a smoking hot love-making scene with Hyderabad sensation Rana Daggubati in Rohan Sippy’s Dum Maro Dum. Abhishek Bachchan plays a tough cop in this film, but Rana gets to romance Bipasha.



Sources say that the scene with Rana and Bipasha can be described as angrily passionate and “very intimate’’.
Though several Bollywood actors were auditioned, Rana was chosen for his sexual magnetism and ‘stud’ quality.
Bipasha is wondering what the fuss is all about. “You decide when you see the film whether it fits the description of superhot,’’ says the actress. “The scene is all right. In fact, I think it is regular, like in all films nowadays. What is interesting is the new pairing of Rana and me.” Those who have seen the rushes are raving about the raw physicality between the two. “ Bipasha has a lot of sex appeal and is paired with someone who can match that degree of sexuality on screen,’’ says an insider who witnessed the filming. Bipasha and Kareena are Foes no more

There has rarely been much love lost between Bipasha Basu and Kareena Kapoor. But things it seems might be getting chummier between the two; Kareena, as reports go, personally invited her bête noire to an impromptu soiree hosted by Saif and her at their Colombo suite.


Legend has it that Bipasha once allegedly had a dalliance with her beau Saif, barely a month or two before they cemented their own dangerous liaison (Shahid, they say, was fuming). To make matters worse, Bips even said on a television show that she would be attracted to Saif, if John wasn’t in her life.


Then during Ajnabee, Bipasha made some nasty asides about Kareena’s costumes. Kareena, in turn, called her a “kaali billi”. Catty, aren’t we?
Kareena then shot herself in the foot by saying that John Abraham (Bipasha’s squeeze) is expressionless. To this, Bipasha lashed out with this repartee: Kareena is an actress with too many expressions.
A source at the party reveals that, “Kareena and Bipasha really raised eyebrows with their camaraderie. Not only did Kareena break the ice by inviting her personally to this do, but they two of them bonded significantly over topics such as fashion and fitness.”
Also spotted at this let’s-make-up party were Hrithik Roshan, Fardeen Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Vivek Oberoi and Jacqueline Fernandes, among others. Bipasha, for her part, aside from her newly discovered sakhi was with Rocky S. And no, they haven’t had a rocky friendship.
